AMAZING!!!

today was my second time of having to deal with my car being broken. first time it took them looking at it to figure out what to order then getting me in to their shop. they had to use a cutting torch to take out a nut and bolt attached sway bar. took them several more hours to do than it should have (if the bolt hadn't been bad) and they didn't charge me extra. that was in august.

then yesterday (sunday) car broke a belt. only one under the hood so had to have it flat bedded in because of possible damage done to other parts. turned out the idler pulley had locked up and it needed replaced. they got me in within a couple of hours and called me to talk about what was wrong and get permission to fix. then it took them significant less time than they expected so they REDUCED the amount i owed them!l (did i mention this is 4 days before christmas).

these people (jeff the owner and crew) are amazing. lowest hourly labor rate in town, and do fabulous work. if i could give them more than 5 stars, i would.
