I have all my jeans and shirts heavy starched and creased here regularly. Quality work and excellent customer service

I was very disappointed. Though my clothes were finished on time, the service and way staff was treated took me by surprise. I watched one girl work hard tagging clothes and going about her business while another girl loudly talked on the phone about her plans to drink with friends that night. The girl working was criticized for not doing a good enough job by who I'm assuming is the boss or owner. She then laughed and ignored the other girl. If you held all of your workers to the same standards maybe you wouldn't have a problem with one having to pick up the slack for others. I work in customer service myself and this behavior is inappropriate from a worker and a manager. Having to watch the poor girl be degraded while another slacks off was ridiculous. I will not be bringing my business back here. In fact we have chosen to use Comet Cleaners instead and are very satisfied with their service. No fuss, no awkward scolding to listen to while trying to pick up my dry cleaning.

Super friendly and efficient staff. Always checks pockets and bags anything you left including money. Never had a garment damaged in 5 years.
