They say things they dont mean, they quote one price deliver product as they damaged the set and had a teenager put on own knobs to set, to find out there quote was not accurate ot was doubled the price, never signed a contract nor did i get a contract just a bunch of lies, games, and bs. Very unprofessional and products are not worth the price or the hassle they put u threw

I rented 2 TVs from them which are now paid off. They were always nice etc.. Even worked with me if I was running late on payments. I will go back if I need anything else.

We went in to rent a mower. We were informed that the delivery people were on lunch and we could expect the mower after they finish up. We left there at about 12:30 and rushed home to wait for what we thought would be about 1-2 hours. I called at 15:24 to inquire the where they were to be told they were in Runaway Bay and would be here afterwards. We get a call about 17:00 saying they won't be here today due to the General MGR needing someone in Wichita Falls. I ask why he couldn't of called to let me know that I now have waited 5 hours for a mower when I could have attending to other matters. I told him if they can not deliver it tonight to cancel my contract and I will do business with Aarons. He said they would try to deliver it tonight and if they didn't I could get my money back tomorrow. Since it is now 19:00 and they close at 18:30 I am to assume the delivery is out of the question and again I did not get a courtesy phone call. So I waited 6.5 hours for nothing.
