Hard as a hockey puck

ordered a chicken biscuit at drive through. Half way to work I decided to eat.

Biscuit was so hard on the bottom that it scratched my gum line.

Threw it out the window with hopes it didn't break out the window of the car behind me :(

How does a McDonalds employee making this sandwich not know the quality was not good? Do they even care??

poor quality food

The last 3 time our breakfast has been cold and just gross even the coffee

has been just bad it has turned us to

taco bell who actually has a good breakfast menu that's served hot and half the price so I guess we should be thanking you for serving us less than par food
