LOVE this salon!! Tyra, Ashley, & Victoria never fail to make me feel at home during every appointment! I have never let anyone cut my long beautiful hair in fear that they wouldn't do it correctly but here they did!! Its safe to say that I will stick with these girls for years to come. I don't think you could find any better service!!

I DO NOT recommend this salon at all! I used to go to this salon, but the stylist that used to do my hair does not work there anymore. I had one the owners/stylists recently do my hair – Victoria Loper. She gave me the worst haircut I have ever experienced or ever seen. I have very short, pixie style hair and it's bleach blond. I didn't realize just how bad of a job she did until after I left the salon and looked closer in the mirror and saw just how pathetic of a job she actually did. my side burns are uneven, the cut is extremely choppy and there are several uneven, blotches on both sides. I called and spoke with Victoria explaining what I saw and I asked her for my money back so I could have someone else fix it. Victoria Loper talked me into coming back in to have her fix it, which I was hesitant to do in the first place. I had a couple of days to think about it before I was supposed to go back and see her and I decided I don't have enough hair for her to make anymore mistakes on and therefore, I didn't feel comfortable with her messing with my hair again. When I explained this to both her and another owner, Ashley, they treated me like I was the person in the wrong and told me that I should have said something while I was sitting in her chair!! They refused to refund me my money and belittled me to the point that I was so embarrassed to even step foot back in their salon. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SALON and I will be sure to share with everyone just how terrible these owners are in both technique and customer service. Also, she nipped my ear with the clippers and now I have an open wound on my ear lobe.
