We got caught out of town in need of all new tires. The odd size made it difficult to find any that fit. When I called the Tire Store, they didn't have my size in stock but said they could get them there by 1PM on the same day!! If it weren't for their valuable customer service, we would have stayed stranded for a couple more days. So friendly and courteous, I can't recommend them enough.

Wonderful customer service! Love this place. I punctured twice, ironically, and they were very helpful each time and super affordable. I would highly recommend this shop!

About 3 weeks ago this service center replaced a timing belt on my truck. The truck did not have engine noise before this job. After the belt was replaced by this company the engine began to clack. It was the weekend. By the time Monday, today got here, the truck is ruined!!!! If a belt is not placed right it will jump time. The company will not fix the truck. They ruined it but put the trouble on their customer's back. It will cost around $3000 to fix it. Thanks for nothing Smith Tire and Service Center.

Just bought a set of tires and rims and they had the best rice in town and they are super fast!!

I just had a tire warranted at Smith Tire and they explained it simply. The warranty comes from the manufacturer not from them. The way that this handled is I had to pay for the tire up front and then a few weeks later I received a check from the manufacturer not the store for my tire. They are a great bunch of people and they do an awesome job!!!

They did am awesome job. I would go no where else for any of my automotive needs.

Had an issue with one of the tires I purchased from them, which ended with me purchasing another tire at full retail even though I had just purchased the set a few months before. Now I'm trying to get the tires balance and rotated from another company and they tell me the nuts are so tight they can't get them to budge. I will NOT do business with Smith's again. 1 star only because I can't give 0 stars

Don't do business here. I had a set of tires with 2,000 miles on them and they would NOT honor the warranty. I had to pay another $125 for a new tire! They've lost my families business! These small businesses wonder why Wal Mart puts them out of business!
