I contacted boston boilers on thanksgiving and the owner showed up personally

got my heat running and charged me $100, I tried to call a few companies and no one answered thier phones. These guys are the best

I am sure I am not the first person who has complained about SCOTT regarding of his unprofessional, irresponsible, dishonest work, and I know I won't be the last. However, the experience that I have been through with him was so disastrous that I am afraid to let other people to go through it again.



Like any citizen living in the city, when I needed a plumbing contractor for my HEAT BOILER SYSTEM INSTALLATION, I did my own research online and phonebooks trying to find a responsible and trusted person. I found and decided to choose HIS NAME of www.bostonboilers.com because I thought he would stand for what he advertised on his website: “WE ARE FASTER THAN THE PIZZA GUY!”, “QUALITY JOB”, “TWO YEARS PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY ON ALL BOILERS”. In reality, he took my money and ran away when the job has not been completed. He would not answer my call for the whole week while my two babies ( 2 months and 18 months old) were severely sick without heat in the house. I have been keeping to call him hundreds of times, NO PHONE PICKUP. I had to use a different phone from my friend to call him, he did pickup. However, after he found out that was me. He cursed me and told me not to bother him again. I later found out that the boiler got choked due to the wrong size plumbing installation (according to the technician from the manufacture and other plumbers that I called in). I am going have to report him to the plumbing board because I dont want him to treat other people like he has done to me.
