Elliot Savitz totally 'blindsighted' me. I expected due 'professional' care. I ended up with an 'arrogant' tyrant. He stated, "he would set a date for my Motion for Dismissal to be heard". Never kept his promise. I wanted a "fee agreement" to be signed for any and all work performed for me. He simply, "refused". He entered a "Appearance of Counsel" then actively worked 'against me'. Do not trust this attorney. He is very dishonest. He made false representations to the judge to attempt to get back at me. Find an honest reputable attorney!
