BOUGHT A PART AND WAS WRONG,NOW THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL BACK BUT NO ONE KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED.COULD NOT FIND THE CORRECT PART.I HAD TO GET THE CORRECT PART FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER AND PAY AGAIN. NOW WON'T ANSWER PHONE AND WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Not very helpful

Called on the phone to ask for a simple part. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and gave me an attitude when I asked him if they had the part on site.
