My generator failed to start during a blackout, and I called and spoke to Mark who walked my husband through on the phone how to get the generator working. I was panicked to be in the dark with no heat with a new baby; it was a great relief to hear the machine fire up and to have the lights come back on. Returned my call in 20 minutes on a Saturday no less
