Not only is this a great health food store, it's also a great healthy place to eat! I try to eat here for lunch at least once a week. The food is always so fresh and delicious. I have tried many things on the menu and have loved everything. It's a nice, quiet place to enjoy lunch. The ladies that work there are all so nice and helpful. They carry a very good variety of supplements.

The Health Nut is the most amazing place to come and enjoy freshly handmade soup , a different soup is served everyday . The menu is filled with HEALTHY choices ! The chicken and tuna sandwiches are very unique! Also a wide variety of supplements that support our bodies ! The best protein shakes ever ! Karen is the owner and she is very knowledgeable about every item on these shelves ! The atmosphere is calm and peaceful and one look at our menu will make you stop going to all those fast food places and its time to get healthy! So stop by and see for yourself !!!! You won't be disappointed!!!! ����

I love this store the people are knowledgeable and friendly. They serve lunch and the Chicken Salad sandwich is my favorite! I always go to them first when I have a health problem because they are honest and wont sell me anything I dont need.
