My community has contracted with Campbell for 8 years. As President of the Turtle Cay Master Association, and more importantly as a fellow homeowner, the transformation that has taken place in this time frame has been nothing short of breathtaking. Our goals from the start were simple and clear: follow the Declaration, protect the Association according to Florida Statute, and impeccably maintain the community. Our Property Manager has taken full responsibility to oversee the maintenance of the community. He ensures every Vendor is performing according to the letter of their contract. Improved violation systems have resulted in consistent Owner compliance. Campbell follows through with on-time and accurate financial reports, which allows us to maintain high our standards, while keeping our delinquencies to a minimum. Campbell's efficient operations ultimately saves our Owner's $. Our goals, became Campbell's mission, which has more than exceeded the Boards expectations. Needless to say, our owners are very happy! Useless. Completely worthless as property managers. They never return phone calls or emails and are compltete hands off when it comes to actually managing the community. Property has gone completely downhill since they started. No involvement in any property issues. Dont waste your time and dont be fooled by good reviews from realtors who get referrals from them. Tried for 7 months to get 150 square feet of sod replaced without a single response from Brian Tight or Michelle Tallet who are suposedly my property managers. Had to hire private company to do work alredy being paid for by Campbell. Buildings now have termites, just keeps getting worse.
