Very disappointed. Purchased an item before the hurricane and tried to return it the same day. Was told that hurricane items could not be returned. It was not an item that was to be used for the hurricane or I would not have returned it unused the same day of purchase. Better that I shop at the Big Box stores where the return policies are more clear and fair.

THEY REALLY STINK! THEY GOUGED PRICES DURING THE HURRICANE AND THEN WOULDN'T ACCEPT REFUNDS AFTER. TOTAL A)(*&& %. I WENT THERE FOR 30 YEARS. THEY HAVE NOW LOST 50 YEARS OF BUSINESS....

they are so friendly & helpful-My car would not start & the manager John & bos pushed it to the service station next door-the whole staff is great & will go out of their way to always help you
