It's amazing how you're company rather lose a longtime customer just because you've decided to "consolidate you areas!" Last time I ordered from you guys was 4 months ago yes but that's because I was in the hospital for the past 4 months and was recently discharged and as a loyal customer decided to order from you again. Well that is he last time I order from your company and I will be sure to let all my fire fighter friends/co-workers that are currently loyal customers to seek other companies for delivery. This is terrible customer service and I'll be sure to let everyone else know as well about the was you treat loyal customers, I guess that's what happens when you're gone for months due to health reasons.
