This cleaners company damaged one (1) of the shirts that I brought in, additionally, and they "LOST" the 2nd shirt which is an $ 85.- shirt ( made by Glenmore), a very expensive shirt. They claim the owner is an air pilot that needs to be present in order to take care of this matter.!!! AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!! After many attempts in our part to pick up the shirt, we started to call and were "hung-up" on the calls, by their employee named Amanda; who claims we were nasty in our manner....NOT SO, however, we are upset at the "I DON"T CARE" attitude of the company! She is A very NASTY individual!!!!! This is NO WAY to run a business! I GUESS THIS A REFLECTION OF TODAYS TIME. They could have been courteous, as well as forthcoming instead of skirting resposibility for THEIR MISTAKES!!!
