I had my transmission go out on my 2015 Honda cr-v and they covered the whole thing for me! thank goodness I had it!

very bad service. Keep telling me my refund check is on the way to me. But it never show up. Moreover, they don't have e-mail for customer to contact.



Worst company forever, Don't ever buy any service product from this company.



Each time, I called them, their service attitude is sucks like hell!!!!!

How can this company still survive?

How can Toyota sell their insurance product?

This is a terrible company that uses every method to avoid paying on it's "warrant service" contracts. Their service is not worth the paper the contract is printed on. Save your money and put it into a vehicle maintenance account or shop around and find a better, legitimate warranty service company. Search Fidelity on the internet and read the numerous complaints. Wish I had before I donated $1600 to them for a "top-of-the-line" warranty that they refused to provide service with. Be heard...file your complaints with Consumer Affairs and Better Business!
