I took my daughter, and since I did not have insurance at that time I paid in advance for the Doctor's appointment and MRI. Months later they tried to collect money for extra job that they never did to my daughter, they are traying to collect for lab work that they never made. They are very shady people, don't ever give them your SS, they are going to us it against you.
