The Pool People Residential Inc has been nothing but a nightmare. I had nothing but problems during the construction of my pool and nothing but problems since its completion. During construction, there was delay after delay. First, the site manager was let go from the company midway through the pools completion and not replaced for a month. When an inquiry was made to our old site manager, we were finally told that he was let go from the company and replaced. When construction was resumed, several important steps were missed and done haphazardly which affected the pool several months later when they were detected by an outside source. The pool had to be drained and refilled so that the missing steps could be completed properly. I had to absorb the cost of the water to refill the pool. The salesman for the pool was totally inept and avoided phone calls several times. I finally got the job completed when the owner got involved. Since the pool was completed only a little over a year ago, I've had nothing but leaks in the pipes, a burned out motor, and filter issues. The management is rude and extemely ribald. I'm sorry I didn't use another pool company!
