We had a wonderful experience with Van Kirk. Bobby, Robert, Samantha, Ashley and the rest of the team are amazing. Professional, courteous and friendly. From beginning to end Van Kirk made our pool build a great experience. They even helped us when our screen contractor dropped the ball. They brought in their sub-contractor Blue Coast Aluminum who saved us from a nightmare by finishing the screen enclosure build. We will never use another pool company for our real estate investments.

Bobby and Tim are wonderful! Bobby designed my pool beautifully. I get so many compliments. The customer service is excellent!! Denise and Ken have always been there for my husband and I helping us with any questions that we have and recently both Bobby and Denise helped me while I was vacationing in Arizona. They worked with my neighbor and sent a part free of charge to make my pool work while we were gone. Pool is great. They did this even though everything was out of warranty. Wonderful company that I highly recommend.

Words cannot describe how happy I am we chose Van Kirk to build our pool. Although they are a big builder, it never felt that way. We always felt as if ours was the only pool they were building. On my friend Larry's recommendation (who is a GC), I called them after meeting with five other pool builders. I learned so much doing research after meeting with each pool builder, that by the time I met with Bobby Van Kirk, I was able to see the differences of their company. I had my pool design mostly figured out, but am thankful I made changes suggested by Bobby, including increasing the spa to 8', the color of Van Kirk blue, wall design and finish materials to name a few. I would strongly recommend meeting with other pool builders first and visiting their office too, so you will see the difference between the builders. We noticed this from our first visit. I was impressed with their operation and how nice/professional everyone I met was during our "tour". What's amazing...this never changed during the whole process. Any minor issues or questions during the build, as any big project would have, were handle swiftly and properly by the attentive and engaged project manager, Carl Salley or anyone else involved. Bottom line, this is a multigenerational company who likes to do things right!

High pressure sells job. Price is not good. They ripp you off. Do not care about the customer or the quality of the pool. They just want the money. Big prices illegal works get low pay

van kirk remodeled our pool 2012, on contract it states that when they removed coping ,they found beams broken and steel ,needs repair.
now it is major leek.i wonder if MR BOBBY WILL BACK HIS WORK?
THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK. ONCE THEY GET THERE MONEY ,,YOU MIGHT AS WELL ERASE THEM FOR HELP

One thing I know about construction is that the building process is a struggle. The city takes its sweet time approving permits, scheduling can get out of hand, and you can end up in a love/hate relationship with your contractor.



With Van Kirk, I received nothing but professionalism and honesty. If they were running late, I would get a courtesy call. If they run out of a tile sample I wanted, they would make sure I had other options available to me immediately.



Did the permitting process take a while, yes it did. However, Van Kirk made sure they received every stitch of paperwork necessary to move it along the city as fast as that city would allow them.



The construction process was explained to me fully and I was comforted that their knowledgeable staff was able to inform and educate me on all the building aspects I encountered.



I'm thrilled with my service and my pool turned out absolutely fantastic!



Even after the building process and I signed off on all my paperwork they still took my phone calls on how to operate the lighting and filter systems. Their service team makes sure to walk you through all the steps so you are comfortable and understanding.



I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for the best service and the most reliable staff!

Horrible experience using Van Kirk Pools. Continuous problems including hap hazard contruction, failure to follow up at all including the owner of this company. Do not stand behind their warranty, crack in the shell not being repaired, charged for checking of leaks and cracks never done, sinking tiles not being fixed. Stay away from this company. All they offer you are empty promises. Horrible customer service. The best thing they do is give you the run around.
