I recently started going back to the gym and was interested to hear what a mom and pop store had to say regarding my questions in terms of what my goals were. I been to GNC and places like that but thought I would try it since I have seen this store in that Plaza for the past 10+ years of me living here. I was thrilled to have my questions answered in the professionalism I was hoping for and the store manager recommended me a few items after he heard me out. Saved me a buck or two as well.



Will probably stop by there when a refuel of the supplements are needed again. See you next time
