We got a broken coolant hose on our semi and lost most of our coolant so we called them as they were closest to the dealer that has those in stock (6 miles away). It somehow took them 2 hours to get the part (which was prepared for them) and to get to the scene 26 miles away. With service call fee, that's $300 that they charged us before they even looked at the truck.

The guy that came out was completely incompetent and couldn't figure it out so we had to wait for another guy to show up. Took them another 1.5 hours to figure out that we need another part. Then, without consulting me (driver assumed that they got permission from me), they decided to go to Toledo to get another hose which took another 2.5 hours. Took them another 1.5 hours to replace the hose and fill up coolant after that. Even then they used zip ties to tie to hose rather than the brackets that were already there so the driver had to re-do it properly.

In total they charged us for 8 hours of work + service call fee to get one hose replaced. Even with all the extra driving around for second hose, this should not have taken more than 4 hours. It would have been cheaper to get truck towed to the dealer and have them replace it. Avoid them if you can.
