Northwestern Ohio Community Action Commission, located in Defiance, Ohio, is one of more than 50 community action agencies in Ohio. The agency is a private, nonprofit corporation organized in 1965. Its function is to plan, develop, and coordinate programs and services designed to help predominantly low-income people in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding and Williams counties in Ohio become more self-sufficient. Its emergency services include heating and cooling costs, commodity food services, services for the homeless, individual development accounts, and housing and weatherization. It also operates the Paulding County Senior Center, a multipurpose center that provides support services. The services include health assessments, information and referral services, educational programs, transportation for medical or service appointments, community-based services, and personal care and homemaker services.

Provided by YP.comI've never dealt with a more rude group of people. Pushy, snarky, snappy, and don't know how to do their jobs, apparently. I was only there for required fingerprints for a new job (elsewhere) and couldn't have had less help.
