I've taken several books with flat tires that needed tubes. I got friendly service with a smile from all the people there! Reasonable rates also. I then bought a skateboard for my son n one for my daughter! I would go there time n time again!

Old guy with ear ring (i think is the owner) is a jerk. Very rude. Could use a lesson in manners and how to treat customers. Walked in with my bike. He would not stop criticizing my bike because it was old. He wanted me to throw it in the dumpster out back. My bike was fine. All i wanted was to buy new handle bars. He proceeded to tell me it would cost $100. I simply turned around and left. I ordered parts online and fixed it myself for $25

I brought my new bike that was purchased at a local retailer. I was immediately scolded for putting "oil or grease" on the chain, as the owner was removing it from my truck. I told him I had just purchased it and had not. He continued to sternly lecture me on the care of bicycles. I just wanted help getting my gears working properly since it was new. I told the owner (with the earring) that I could take my business elsewhere and he replied with "Where are you going to go, we are the only ones around!" I went to Bryan instead. I would have gone to toledo if need be. They will not ever get a penny from me. worst service ever.

Do to the cost of gas I have decided to get some type of basket for my bike to carry everything i need to work and ride my bike. The service was quick and very polite, I was advised how to install easily, the cost was reasonable. When I took the bike down from winter storage and found also flat tires I decided to return with them for new tires to be installed because of the earlier service and advise I recieved.
