Horribly incompetent, completely unreliable. Replaced my fuel pump but didn't install the new one correctly causing a fuel line to blow off and cost me half a tank of gas. Would not honor their labor warranty. No better than thieves

I had a Horrible experience with these people: Very Unprofessional and Rude I gave the 600.00 dollars for Power Steering Pump and Rack pinion. If you are broke down I recommend That u push your Car by Hand to somewhere Else: 1. It took three days to get Parts, 2. I had to call them for updates on my Car 3. When I get there to Pick up My Car They Never said call us of you have any problems. My pump was still making noise turns out all it needed was Fluid: So I'm upset and this guy say if you have a Fu##### attitude I just call the sheriff dept and they can Handel it Hello U Got My Car and My $600 and I'm the Problem I feel they are a Joke Go Some where else: Any Question you can call me personally 256-399-8169 ill be Happy to tell u More Pastor J. Bowman I also plan on taking an Ad out in Defuniak Springs FLorida which is where this place is. I'm not sure if this is a Franchise shop But this particular shop is Horrible:

We were very pleased with the work that we received on our vehicle. Have returned several times with different autos for things that needed to be repaired. Honest and dependable people. Would and have recommended them to our family and friends. We have also used their towing service ( to move a small greenhouse) and used their Uhaul rental service. Everyone is always polite, friendly and willing to help us.

Cobb Towing and Recovery service is the one to call if you are ever stuck on the road in the Walton County, Florida area. Stuck in the rain on a very wet Sunday. Explained my car problem and was told they would get my vehicle to the shop and get me on my way. It was on Sunday and parts stores were closed, but I was informed they would order the part and have me on the road the next day. Cobb took me to a nice motel, nice rooms, eating area and lounge were excellent. The parts came in on Monday, received a call and was told my vehicle would be ready for pickup at 4:00pm. They picked me up, took me to their shop, showed me what was repaired, I was happy as I started my vehicle, inspected it. Thanks-----it was running perfect. Paid my bill and was on my way for 360 miles away. I arrived home that night at 11:59 pm. Cobb did not give me the run-a-round, identified the problem-repaired it and I left happy. They did not try to take advantage of an out of state traveler. Cobb's Towing & Recovery--Good Job. Keep up the good work.
