I would like to retract my comment from 3/11/15. I was very unhappy but the staff has resolved all my complaints and concerns. There was misunderstandings on both parts. They listened to me and made everthing right. I am extremely happy now and continue to do business with them.

Horrible horrible service. Delivery guys care nothing for your item or personal property. I bought a piece brand new (not pre owned). Wasn't covered in the truck or as they were bringing it in. The guys broke the railing on my porch (which is an 8 ft wide opening). Slammed the piece into my patio set, scratched everything up. Then upon leaving took their dolly slamming it into my door threshold making paint and trim fall off and loose. All these things now need to be fixed. The entire time the delivery guys didn't say one word. But told another adult that they didn't do it. The younger guy was obviously high on something. Could walk, talk or act straight at all.

While on the phone with the manager he made it VERY uncomfortable by starring me down on my own property.

I have returned their piece and have not heard anything back about them fixing my property of what the guys broke. The one star is because I had to rate them something. I give the delivery guys a 0
