EVERY OTHER OPTION YOU HAVE IS BETTER THAN STAR PROPERTIES. Maintenance is atrocious. We had mold and lack of air conditioning, which was very slowly taken care of. You can pretty much hear everything that's going on in the entire apartment building. Half the staff doesn't seem to have any idea what's going on. If you have ANY OTHER OPTION, even though the location may be perfect, DO NOT RENT FROM STAR PROPERTIES.

It's horrible. They have no standards. They'l take anyone. The walls are paper thin. I couldn't sleep for a whole week because the guy below me talked loud until 1 am I couldn't sleep even with earplugs! that is essentially why I moved, but the staff is extremely unprofessional and don't know what they're saying half the time. They didn't even put on the lease that I had to pay 3 months in advance! they don't care about the standard of living. They constantly have plumbing issues like once a month so you have to turn the water off all day.
