I hit a snow drift this morning and went straight into the ditch. I called the nearest towing service - Lovetts Towing & Recovery. I was obviously very shaken. The woman on the phone was very kind, and let me know that someone would be out to help me shortly. Someone (Kyle, I think) was there to help me within 20 minutes. He was also very nice and explained to me what he needed to do and what I needed to do (steering, car in neutral, etc). Thank you guys for helping me out of a bad situation!

THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUS THEY ARE RUDE AND DON'T EVEN GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO BIG YOUR CAR UP! THEY MADE ME WAIT AN ADDITIONAL DAY AND HAD TO PAY ADDITIONAL

This towing company truly does NOT deserve any stars from me. The woman at this company is extremely rude, arrogant and the overall customer service is disgusting. I am not from the area and when I asked where the nearest ATM was located her response was "figure it out". If you are not happy with your place of employment then maybe you should not be there. It ruins the experience for the customers.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I was involved in a accident 2 days before Christmas. Lovett's was called to tow my car. They towed my vehicle and I back to there shop. Even though they were closed at the time their driver went far and beyond to help me. He helped me get the stuff out of my car (Christmas presents for my kids) he also called to get me a rent a car. The driver sat with me and kept me company while I waited for the rent a car place to pick me up. Your world turns upside down when your involved in a accident. Lovett's turned my nightmare of a night into a pleasant experience. I thank Lovett's from the bottom of my heart for helping me that night. Great company and Awesome employees!!!

My car died. I got a tow. They said it was the battery. I picked up the car. It died again the same day. I called for another tow. The tow truck driver started an argument with me. This time, they said it was the alternator. I got charged for two tows, a battery, and an alternator and I still don't think it is fixed. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

My car was towed one evening and when I called to inquire about it, the man on the phone had a nasty attitude. I was irritated that my car was towed, but I can't be mad at them for doing their job. What made me livid was his attitude towards me when I called to inquire whether or not they even had my car and how I could pick it up. I've never experienced such horrible customer service in my entire life! They were extremely rude and insulting and he kept giving me idfferent pick up times. This is a horrible business. If your car ever gets towed, pray it's not by these people.

TO ALL OF DEKALB HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAT LADY HOG NAME MICHELLE AND HORRIBLE MANAGER WILL RIP YOU OFF AND MECHANICS ARE HORRIBLE. DON'T BE THE NEXT VICTIM. I WENT TO THEM FOR HELP WITH MY CADILLAC, STAFF MEMBERS ARE RUDE, AND OVERCHARGE YOU CAN GO TO TOM SPARKS WHICH HAS HALF THE PRICE QUOTED AND FOUND OUT AFTER I PAID LOVETTS TO DO A $800 JOB . PLEASE BEWARE.DON'T BE THE NEXT VICTIM STAFF MEMBERS ARE WRITING ON THIS PAGE TO BOOST THERE RATINGS BUT DON'T BE FOOLED. HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO TO .... CHECK OUT HOW MANY, WAS REMOVED BECAUSE ALL THOSE CUSTOMERS WERE RIPPED OFF AND EITHER THEY COMPLAINED TO YELP.
