By far the worst management company ever! They charge you for steam cleaning the carpets which never gets done! The paint is never redone and you move into a dirty run down place no matter what kind of unit you want. Tom Townsend is a dirty slum lord who falls back onto the fact that he is a lawyer and if you have any problems only your lawyer can talk to him. Oh and when you turn I. Your security deposit you can kiss that good bye because they will make up fines like a bad bank in order to take more money from you and if you do get any of that money back than you can expect it with in 2 to 6 months. This company needs to be ran out of DEKALB they prey on college students and will screw them over in a heart beat. There maintainence department is the slowest I have ever seen or had to deal with and to top things off they can't do there job right the first 3 times. Honestly if there could be a negative rating on this site I would rate them at negative 100.
