Beyond harassing! My husband has already spoken to them about when he would be able to come in and they continue to call and tell him that he will be sent to collections. They have now resorted to calling me about him. They called twice after hours yesterday while we were trying to have dinner with our daughter. He is only 4 days late, and it was the holidays! He tells them that he will be in the day after payday, 4 days away, and that wasn't good enough.She tells him he MUST PAY BY THE 31ST AND HE SHOULD GO BORROW IT FROM SOMEONE!! Who does that???? They have been told the date that he will be in and it wasn't good enough to make her numbers look better so now she is harassing our family and friends for it.

Sucked, paid off a loan, the representative messed up and left $50. On our account and did not tell us, then 17 days later we was turned to collection, even after receiving a paid in full receipt, Now I get the headache of fixing someone else's mistake
