Jason is amazing with the kids, they are so much more confident and secure ever since they started working with him. Really in touch with what's most important for the children and his gruff demeanor is EXACTLY what you want in a kung-fu master.
We're even thinking of attending some of his adult classes, we've heard great things from the other parents.

We tried a self defense class here and my son and I had a horrible experience with a testosterone driven, intimidating instructor. We had to leave before the class began as an instructor got in my son's face and yelled at him for 'not looking a black belt in the eye.' This adult instructor yelled at my son and also said 'you don't want to mess with me' as he puffed out his chest and had his face 3 inches from my son as I stood there. Unbelievable experience for our first time. I do not recommend this place.
