two weeks ago i ordered smoked ribs and they were the best i had at any restaurant. took my wife there tonight for more of the same. Ribs lacked flavor, had no smoked flavor and were smothered in BBQ sauce. The previous meals ribs had a spicy rub and real smoke ring in the meat. When we ordered the smoke ribs the waitress seemed surprised we asked for smoked ribs. The potato had a huge black spot that was not edible. when we reordered a new set of ribs, the waitress stated the ribs were smoked. When complained to the manager, he tried to convince us the ribs were smoked and stated we should have eaten what ribs they brought out. I stated it was all you can eat so jsut wanted to have smoked ribs. THe manager stated he witnessed the 2nd order of ribs come out of the smoker and that they have not changed anything. It was obvious the staff and manager decided to blow smoke up my skirt versus smoke the ribs. The manager was so happy to see us leave he happily opened the door for us to leave. This restaurant is off my list. Made to feel like we do not know what we are talking about and to try to make me feel as if I do not know what I am talking about.
