Provided by YP.comStay away from this doctor! She is nothing more than a licensed drug pusher. She screws people up on her drug coctails and take no responsibility for her actions. I know of 3 people who no longer go to her because her answer for everything is drugs. She only got a 1 star rating because there is no 0!
