Provided by YP.comI appreciate that Tires Plus accommodated my hectic schedule and fit me in near closing time, but I had a very bad experience.
The customer service appeared friendly and kind, but they lacked the initiative or integrity to inform me that the tire to be removed was in great condition. Luckily, I butted in and had them note that the tires removed were to be placed in my car. I was still somehow charged the tire disposal fee. I will be further discussing with Tires Plus tomorrow to situate that hiccup...if only that was the minimum of issues involved.
Immediately upon leaving, I had all vehicle electronics off so I could listen for any unusual noises (a habit that I find imperative). I heard a "whirring" noise. I had only heard that noise a year prior when I had a broken wheel bearing. I also checked my alignment and it appeared worse than before (either not performed or incorrectly performed). Due to the rush in and out mentality I felt, I was worried that an alignment was charged but never performed. Since Tires Plus had been closing, I waited until Monday to bring my vehicle back.
On Monday I had a prior engagement I had not preplanned with the new car issue, so I left for my meeting, planning to make it to Tires Plus by the end of the day. Well, I didn't make it. Thankfully I will live to eventually get answers. My rear axle split and my left. rear tire came outward almost completely, canted at an angle that alarmed me; looking at a rear axle (related component) almost split in two.
So many mis-communications and questionable steps are involved, but within the nest few days I will know how this is to be handled and I will report back with that rating and the service that I experienced during that process with Tires Plus. I am having it towed inspected, reinspected, and inspected again. I feel like that is what we all have to do these days and that is a shame.
Aside from the bill overcharge, rushed maintenance, and the initial noise that is directly related to the tires, I cannot draw blame on Tires Plus until further review, but my research and knowledge has surfaced several faulty maintenance issues which have led to this situation. So far, the company has appeared kind and willing to assist (as they should be since I have an immobile vehicle and they could've had a dead body on their hands), but I did my homework and will be present for their own inspection (although always reinspect or have someone else reinspect).
I will report back with within the next few days with how the process went; customer care, inspection findings, and how Tires Plus handles these issues.
***I want it to be known that the vehicle malfunctions have to be further evaluated to legally and literally be stated as certain fault on the hands of Tires Plus. However, The overcharging, misplacement of my tires, and rushed services are indisputable as I experienced them and still have the bill showing these allegations to be true

- Good Luck to all of you seeking vehicle services! I ask that you do your homework, ask around, or try to learn how to be your own Mechanic! If after that all else fails, then be prepared to fight for what is right.

Provided by YP.comthey lied,lied,lied,lied.they thought i did not know what i was talking about and they tried to get me to spend more money.i did not need to get half of the stuff done that they told me.the employees were arguing about the way they get paid.they do not get paid for tires,they get paid for the "other" work.no wonder why they try getting you to spend more money.i will never,ever go to tires plus again,even if it is free,they will always get you to pay for the "paid work".
