It first starts with their phone always being automated and never being answered. I needed a physical done and a tb test done for a job. So I go in I wait for a while and this man with jeans a dirty shoes on with a scrub shirt and no name tag calls my name. No smile no hi how are u no nothing. I let it go but then we get in where they weigh u and ask u ur histor of things and he is exhaling like he hates his job and like if every question he asked took all his strength to do. So then I finally go in the exam room I'm waiting sitting and seeing how filthy and stinky this place is. A health care facility should not be dirty and with no sink or soap available in an exam room. So then the dr come in with a different rude MA who talks back to the Dr like he is the assistant. They were literally arguing back n forth about everything he would say. She would correct him n make him look stupid. It did not make me feel like the doctor was capable of doing his job. He checked my ears and my mouth. When he was done he ripped a piece of the bed lining paper and cleaned of the thing and put it back in his pocket. When it was time to do my tb test this woman didn't know what the hell she was doing. I may not be a MA but I do have my cna and phlebotomy licence and I could've injected the needle at first try. This woman pricked and reprickd and re pricked and she just kept leaving the needle hole out of my skin and spilled the serum everywhere not to mention she did not wash her damn hands and had inch long acrylic nails. The doctor came in and asked if everything was ok and I said no. I let him know I was phlebotomy certified and that I was not happy with blood coming out of three different spots on my forearm. As soon as he heard I knew it was wrong he did it himself on my other arm. He too did not wash his hands btw. And I had to tell him to clean the site with alcohol first because he was just going for it. I expect a health care facility to be clean and with friendly staff. This did not meet any of that. I left very frustrated from this place

Long waiting time, unpleasant staff, crowded waiting areas, and poor cleanliness
