Kathy is the best realtor in Volusia County. If you ever need someone to sell or help you buy your house 100% call her. She pays attention to even the smallest details and will get you what you are looking for without hassel. She will be there to help you with the entire process and make the transaction seem seamless. I will 100% always be using her for every house I sell and buy!

This woman cannot be trusted I am absolutely disgusted by this human being. In order to obtain a listing and make a sale she is willing to lie and conceal inappropriate relationships with individuals (men). When confronted about about mixing personal and business relationships she became belligerent and unprofessional then proceeded to insult me and justify what she was doing wasn't wrong. A formal complaint will be filed against Ms. Mims. She also vents and complains about the buyers and sellers she works with in a derogatory manner. She exhibits no morals or any remorse for her actions. She lacks the ability excercise good judgement in behavior I would never trust this person with my money or my spouse. Beware.

Chanda Mims was told and instructed by the individual she was having inappropriate contact with several times to cease contact and communication due to the fact other was inappropriate should no longer continue she continues to contact individual with no regards to his request.
