We had a problematic site for a septic system install. Due to the shape of our lot and setback issues with the lake we were told by another engineering firm that a septic system could not be installed on our site due to the size of our proposed dream home. We contacted Soil Solutions, Inc. and explained the situation. We were told not to worry that it didn't sound to them as dire a situation as we thought it to be. We had our surveyor e-mail the site plan to Soil Solutions, Inc. and immediately revieved a call back explaining that our site could be developed. An alternative septic system was proposed to us that would solve all of the space constraint issues. Our application sailed through the health department and a permit issued within about a week. All of this was a huge relief after being told that a septic system couldn't be installed by another company. Soil Solutions, Inc. was prompt and obviously had the experience and expertise to know exactly what needed to be done to accomodate our construction. We highly recomend that you contact this company if you are looking to build a home serviced by a septic system.

I have a home that I am trying to get through permitting. I contacted CFSS, Inc. and explained what some of the difficulites I was having with the Health Department. They immediately understood the problem and offered a couple options to me by way of septic systems. They came out to my site at which time they looked at my site plan as well as some other information and immediately knew what needed to be done in order to get a septic permit issued. They provided a complete packet of information for me to submit to the Health Department. I didn't have to do a thing other than take the packet down to the county. This company is professional, prompt and a problem solver. I have referred two adjacent property owners to this company for a septic system design for permitting and both were grateful for me referring them. They both said it made things much easier. I recommend anyone who is trying to get a septic system through permitting to contact this company.
