Had the wrong address and got lost on the way to us, unskilled, unprofessional, asked my husband to climb up on his truck to get keys in and out of vehicle, took wrong turns and the long way to the shop we were towing to, cash only and didn't tell us until after he towed the vehicle, took 2.5 hours to load and tow a truck 6.5 miles tried to charge us for 17 miles, threatened to impound vehicle, rude to customer, dragged our rear bumper and hitch 4 feet through the dirt and sand. This is a one man show with a huge chip on his shoulder and no customer service skills. I strongly recommend you call someone else.
