Deland facility is excellent. Awesome staff.

Most of the staff at this facility is excellent. Very friendly and caring and loving towards my dogs. However, one of the doctors, doctor Kim, is completely and utterly useless. She has no bedside manner when dealing with dogs. She barely speaks English. She makes no attempt to pet the dog, and frankly it appears she wants nothing to do with them. On our last visit, my dog walked towards her, and she was practically climbing up a wall to get away from him. I will admit that my dog is very large, and he is a pitbull, but he has never shown any sign of aggression and he is very well behaved. Most of the other works always walk over and greet and pet him because he is so loving. I will never return to this place and look forward to when this doctor gets fired.

Val u vet is the best in town Quite possibly the best vet clinic in town. Val u vet is the best vet-- they see everything and can deal with a variety of situations. And you can't beat the service.

They have consistently been able to find things that other vets miss. Very thorough, very caring.

The other day was my first visit with my yellow lab, and we left very happy.

I've been taking my pups here for years, and the people at Val U Vet they have really helped me through some of the most stressful and trying of times with my furry family members. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and always very helpful, especially during the times that it seemed like I was living a nightmare, they always go above and beyond to comfort me, and accommodate my pets needs. They are literally life savers!

I have two dogs and have brought them here a few times over the past year. Each time I have come the staff has taken good care of my pets. The place is clean and the people are competent and definitely friendly. They communicated well with me and had a genuine concern for providing the best possible care for my dogs.

The staff at Val-U-Vet was attentive to my pet. The doctor was so nice - provided lots of info and was thorough in his exam of my dog. There was no pressure to purchase extra services. Prices were very reasonable. I am very pleased with my decision to choose this clinic for my dog's vet care.

All my options and costs were clearly explained to me in advance and in the end the bill was very reasonable (Certainly more-so than MY last vet visit at another place). We switched to Value vet when we got a puppy 21/2 months ago and I have to say that mpst importantly, the staff of the Beville Rd clinic is absolutely outstanding!! They have taken wonderful care of our puppy and even provided pain meds for at home. i have NEVER had a vet do that in the past. As far as their prices, I got all of my puppy's shots, her spay, flea control,heartguard and microchip for the same price that her shots and flea control alone would have been at my previous vet. I have nothing but praise for the entire staff. My 4 cats go there as well and I can assure you that Value Vet is only place my pets will go for all oftheir medical needs!! Value Vet Rocks!!!!

A few weeks ago I took my cat to this office for a case of Urinary Tract Infection.I originally go to the shelter's clinic because that is where I got my cats.However,they were too busy to check him,so they reffered me to Val-u-vet.They told me excellent things about the place.One thing was that they were the most affordable vet office in Orlando,that was VERY true.The waiting time was only about 10 minutes.Once we met the doctor they were very kind just like the receptionist.You could tell that they were dedicated to what they were doing.My cat had to get a urine sample but since he didn't urinate they would have to inject him with fluids so he could.They told us to leave him there until he was injected and they had gotten a urine example.In about 30 minutes or so we recieved their call saying that he was ready.As soon as we returned they had him in his cage and the results of the urinalyisis.We were told to give him 1.5 mL of medicine twice a day for 3 weeks.The very next Monday they called me to check on my cat.I felt VERY satisfied because the cared enough to check on his health.Today my cat is as healthy as can be and the infection treated in LESS than 3 weeks like told.Very soon he is to have another check up to see how well he has healed.I KNOW that they will do as good as last time.So PLEASE next time your on a budget for your pet,want wonderful services,or want a simple chech up for your pet I VERY STRONGLY suggest Val-u-vet.
