Every person in this store is an expert in their department. Their cooperation and professionalism is outstanding. Every visit there has been an great experience with total satisfaction, and a compliment to the employees. They are patient, kind and wonderful . Great job everybody, I will see you very soon.....again!

I have been using this Office Depot for their fax services. Every time I have been greeted and waited on quickly. ALL of the employees are friendly and are eager to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I entered this store late in the afternoon to buy a laptop. They were on sale. I settled on one and turned to ask for assistance. Three young salespersons were talking at the end of the aisle and I approached them. Before asking about the laptop I asked about a cover for my cell phone. I explained it was my late wifes and jokingly said it was, being shiny pink, her final revenge and I wanted to get something that be of a different color. After being helpful and polite the supervisor (she had an ear attachment and seemed to be the ranking employee) turned away without asking if there was anything else and departed with a snitty remark. The other two young employees took their que from her and also turned away. I left the store insulted and agravated and within half an hour bought my new laptop at one of this chain's competitors, along with peripherals it all came to $1,200. Nice work, hats off to your smart and snitty young supervisor and her fellow workers. I won't return.

Every time I try to shop at this store I receive NO HELP whatsoever. I am treated so poorly I will NEVER shop there again. The coupons you send me are never redeemable...either they don't have the product, or for some reason it doesn't apply.
