Get your service call price up front and what they are and aren't capable of repairing. Had a well jet go bad and called them for a service call. I even told the lady on the phone I think the valve on well jet has went bad since it lost prime.

She came out fiddled around with a screw driver and a tire gauge for about 15 mins and tried to refill the well pump with water to reprime it. Of course it never filled since I had told her already that I tried.

She then told me my well jet had went bad and needed to be replaced. DUH that's what I told her on the phone! She then preceded to tell me they no longer replace well jets. I would have to find someone else to do that. I nearly lost my composure when she handed ma a service call bill of $85 to tell me what I had told on the phone the day before.

Beware of this company. Hope this helps prevent someone else from wasting $85.
