Just wanted to give a shout out to warrior defense martial arts. Ive been training there for around 3 years. This is my second family and is the best place to train , sensei Ginger Mark and Mrs Carrie are great instructors, They have pushed me past a lot of things in my life. I love everything about the dojo and everything they have to offer. weather you just want to have fun, lose weight or want to compete at a higher level. It is also a wonderful place for kids to teach them respect and confidence. They will push you as far as your willing to go. I'm honored to be a part of this family! Love and respect !!!!
