They don't make the orders correctly. They are super unprofessional. DONT RECOMAND. Rude workers. Don't come here

I rarely eat fast food but I wanted to try the biscuit egg sandwich, the presentation was terrible the biscuit was burnt. I will not return!

My daughter drove the 10 miles from home to carls jr orderd break fast for us all. The teen on the drive thru was rude and obnoxious the order was complete but low and behold once we got it home the sandwiches were missing egg and cheese one had only bacon on it the other a sausage patty not what we ordered so we drove ten miles back to complain and get it corrected was told 3 times it would be corrected and for free received a refund and waited 20 mins... No food. So we asked again and were told its being done right now. Then asked again then the district managers son,his words not mine said now waywere we getting it free okay fine be a douche canoe and you people want $15 an hour and you cant make a sandwich to save your life..

This place sucks bad! 75% of the time they get my order wrong. When I paid today, they handed me my drink at the drive thru, Then had me waiting for about five minutes for my food when the drive thru clerk asked," can I help you?" I said yeah, I need my damn food! Complete idiots work there. When I get home to eat my burger, there seamed to be what looked like black grease oil on the wrapper!!! How does that happen? Stay away

Shady Business Practice. When ask for sauce they either respond with OK and don't put it in the bag or they lie and say they're out. This has happened 5/6 times i've decided to give this empty joint my business. If its really a big deal to the site charge extra that's fine. At least give the option to your customers to enjoy their meals how they like it.
