Avoid It. Customer service is...

Avoid It. Customer service is P.I.S.S. poor and it'll literally ruin your day. Once in a while they'll actually serve your food warm. Its like prison food except you pay jack in the box prices. Nothing against Jack in the Box; just this particular location. Needs new management, because currently its like the managers advocate poor customer service as it is not only one individual providing the lousy customer service its the location as a whole.

This is the worst food joint i...

This is the worst food joint i've ever been to because the service is horrendous! The manager, her name is Melissa, has to be the rudest person i've ever encountered. I was trying to order food over their speaker system in the drive-thru, and she was swearing at me because she couldn't hear me. I told her I wanted no mayonaisse on my cheeseburgers because it makes me sick, and low-and-behold, it still made it's way onto my burgers. I went to take it back,and she told me they did not have the time to change my order, so I asked for my money back, and she was cussing me out. She told me she would not make any money by FIXING MY "effing" ORDER FOR WHAT THEY DID WRONG. I asked to speak to the manager, and she stated she WAS the manager. I told her I would not be going back, and that I was going to complain to her superiors, and she said, "I don't care, I don't want your business anyway, you can "effin" call my bosses...I won't get in trouble anyway." As I was walking out, she called me a "cry-baby."



This is the third time this lady has been rude to me, and the first two times I did nothing because Iwas already too far to go back and have them fix my order after her being short and rude in the drive-thru and the window.



If this is the kind of business that JITB wants to portray, i'll just stop in elsewhere....that is unacceptable. If I was a female Ii'd shove my foot down her throat.



ps.....i'm not sure how the rest of the staff are, i've only had problems with MELISSA!!! If I could give a ZERO star rating I would!
