My family (of 7) has been with McLean Dental for many years and have always been very with happy them. We've had a variety of teeth issues over the years and have always had good success with their treatments. My previous dentist was getting a little too eager to do crowns for everything, Dr. McLean has always tried to give the option to re-fill if the tooth wasn't too far gone. His focus is always on the best treatment, not on making more money.

My wife had a tricky crown replacement that the previous dentist said needed a more extensive bridge, but Dr. McLean was able to fix it without the bridge and it's been holding up well for many years now.

I would highly recommend them, and no they did not ask for this review, I just think they are very good and deserve consideration.

After reading the above review, I decided to take a chance on this dental office. My experience was completely opposite of Hilary's. Perhaps it was a different hygienist and a different dentist (I saw Dr. McGraw). Please read my experience on the McLean Family Dental in Delano, MN.



I wanted to follow up as well, and say that I have yet to hear back from either Dentist, McGraw or McLean regarding my experience. After speaking with the receptionist yesterday, I would have hoped that the least they would do was follow up and do a bit more explaining and perhaps apologize. Nothing has been said or done. Now I am down one office visit for the year and I really need a dentist to help me get my condition under control and explain a bit more about how to get my gums back to health. There was absolutely NO mention of a treatment plan or follow up care by either the dentist or hygienist. I am sorely disappointed and dismayed at the care at this office. I have to report, that even my insurance carrier was quite weary of this place after what I had shared with them.

This dentistry was so accomodating and personable. I have been there in the past and my fiance is going there now. He was long overdue for some dental work. They are very willing to work with you on payments and your insurance company. They even call if they have a cancellation to see if you would like to get in earlier. They don't make you feel bad they you haven't taken real good care of your teeth in the past. They're very gentle and treat you with respect. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place.
