!Don ‘t Buy Here

Why did we buy a couch and recliner from here.Second day waiting for delivery rude customer service and employees when calling when. Try to call customer service corporate and no answer. Don’t buy run fast!,,,,,,,,

Worst service ever

First round with American Freight I bought a complete bedroom set and a complete living room set. I was never offered a warranty and when my furniture was delivered 2 of my dressers were pealing and my wooden bed frame was split and after 3 months my rocker/recliner has broken. Called the store and was basically told too bad because you don�t have a warranty and I couldn�t prove the bedroom furniture didn�t come out of the box that way. Fast forward to round two... I purchased a bedroom set for my son found out my box spring wouldn�t fit down stairs so had to return it and order a split box spring. I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks for them to be able to order it then pay an additional $80 for yet another delivery fee. Fat forward another week still waiting for them to order the split springs (mind you now I have already made a payment). I then called the store manager Flo and asked her if I could just trade a new recliner for the box spring. She said that was fine she was getting a truckload of recliners on Friday (7/24/20) and it would be best to come in on Saturday (7/25/20) to pick out a recliner. She assured me that if she was not there she would leave instructions with her associates. Guess what NO Flo and NO instructions. After contacting Flo by phone the associate informed me there was NO truck that came in on Friday and offered me the floor model recliner....#1 ewww and #2 NO! So I asked her to just refund my box spring and I would go somewhere else for a recliner. She attempted to return the box spring but since it was financed she didn�t know how to do it and I would have to wait for Flo to get in touch with me. It is now Tuesday 7/28/20 and I am still waiting for Flo to contact me! I gave American Freight the benefit of the doubt when the first round became a disaster. There will NOT be a third chance. I would rather pay extra for better quality and a more helpful staff than I would ever step foot in another American Freight store!

I had the worst experience, I drove from Pasadena to pick up an air conditioner I bought on line at Sears Outlet store we trusted. I had $2500 ready to buy a bed set and a refrigerator. My son and I were the only people in the store. I looked for the bed set I saw on line, couldn't find it, the sales person had a hard time giving me information on the beds, there were no papers describing the products. I tried getting help but the sales person did not know anything about mattresses at all. What I found out is that they took the papers out that describe the products and are changing the prices of Sears Outlet to a higher on SALE price. The bed set I saw on line was $800.00; but what I found was the mattress only with an on SALE sign for $1,1000, I looked at the refrigerator on line for $450 changed with an on SALE price of $700. My understanding is that Sears Outlets prices are change to higher on SALE prices of America Fright Store Great 4th of July Opening. I decided to leave, I moved my pick up truck to the front of the store. A male worker puts my air conditioner on the back of my pick up truck. I am making sure that the product I'm given matches the description on my phone. I looked at the man and asked him to put on his mask but he turns around waves his hand in the air and says "fuck you" to me. I say to the lady waiting for my signature "I am a doctor, we all need to wear masks." She hands me the pen then she waves it up in the air and says to me with a sarcastic tone "or do you want to use your own pen, since you said you are a doctor." I tell her "I am wearing gloves, and this is not a jock, this is not funny, people are dying." I sign the paper give it to her and she walks back into the store joking with a customer that is not wearing a mask covering his nose and says "she is crazy" and both of them had a good laugh. I wear a mask and gloves, when I get in the car I change and the used items I place in a bag to discard safely at home. This store is not only deceiving us with their big lie of 4th of July Great Opening on SALE prices. But they are also putting our lives at risk and pair with clients that are not following safety rules and laugh about it. Won't let you post if you don't select a star

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE

We have had the absolutely worst experience dealing with American Freight (AF). We purchased a supposed Maytag washer that was just dented and promoted to be working fine from the AF Baltimore/store 9944. From DAY 1, it was not working properly and we called the Maytag manufacturer as stated on the website. Sad that we had to call a technician after not having the washer more than 1 day. The Maytag technician comes out and says the washer has a cracked drum, and not covered under warranty. Next we try calling AF and they give us the biggest run around. My wife spent over an hour being transferred to 8 different people, sometimes the same person over again. They cannot even find the proper information in their systems. They are saying we bought a GE, when a MAYTAG is sitting in our basement. I really dont know how this company has stayed in business. As of now we are still trying to find someone to help us, even schedule an appointment to confirm what the MAYTAG tech already told us. If you are considering American Freight, dont walk, run away!! Horrible business. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
