I always go to AutoZone for all my vehicle, well the ones I can repair. In nearly every case the staff is friendly and helpful, and I have always looked past having to wait when they are busy. But when I walk in an 2 hours after a purchase to exchange a jug of oil for another, and you tell me I'll have to pay full retail (36.99) for the exchange because I had already put the filter on the car and because I don't have it with me I can't receive the discounted price for an even exchange.....you have me moving to another AutoZone location. Customer service has always been great, but next time I walk in and see this particular associate I will walk right back out and go down the road to Advance.
