All they do is avoid giving you a straight answer... and they will refuse to make you an offer on an item, especially a high end jewelry. They'll ask you, How much do you need? To which the logical question is, How much can you offer me for it? THEY WILL NOT RESPOND. They want you to be an uneducated consumer and name some LOW amount, hoping you don't know what it's worth. And Get THIS... If you have a smartphone or tablet that's actually working AND connected to a carrier because you're using it until you sell it...And it's NOT on a contract and paid month to month. They want you to have the service disconnected, the device disabled and all content erased...BEFORE THEY' WILL EVEN TELL YOU HOW MUCH THEY WILL BUY IT FOR **or** LOAN ON IT. Yeah right. The objective is to take you all the way down the alley, make your device useless (or at least a real pain in the ASS to restore) so you'll not feel like messing with it and accept their LOW BALL offer. Which is 75% less than the same EXACT item in their showcase. When you ask them to justify, explain or anything... they'll say never mind, we don't want your items.THANKS ANYWAY.
