So pleased with the results! I threw away my steam cleaner. Dry is the way to go - Dry Step cleans the stains away and they stay gone. Customer service is excellent, and the technicians are very knowledgeable. They cleaned everything from makeup in the carpet, kids markers and doggie accidents. Saved me having to replace carpets before putting my home up for sale :)

The professionals at Dry Step came into my home and did a knock out job on my very challenging carpets, (pets). They left me with like new carpet that was safe and dry for my dogs and cats to play on within minutes. I love that they offer environmentally friendly service. They were friendly, cared about the work that they were doing, very professional, and their superior service is consistant. Lori does a great job cleaning our carpets. The process she uses leaves the carpets dry {no waiting for them to dry} She has even cleaned areas I have not ask her to do just because she couldn't stand to not see it cleaned{ and she didn't charge for that part} She takes pride in her work and she has every reason to do so. I would recommend her to anyone.

I am a Realtor and have used many different carpet cleaning companies over the years, but none have been as good as Dry Step Carpet Care. On one ocassion the homeowner had another company clean the carpets throughout the house and even had them come back because spots reappeared within days. They left the carpets soaking wet and they took nearly two full days to dry. When the carpets still looked dirty the owner felt he might just replace all the carpets even though they were only a few years old. I suggested that we try one more thing. At that time we called Dry Step and the results very amazing. Spots that we never thought would come out, did. In another home there were two problem areas, one with a large old rust stain on berber carpet and an area where a dog had laid that was badly stained, both stains were removed. Not only have I been very satisfied with the results I've also been very satisfied with the professionalism of the entire experience.

Her results are incredible! Wine stains...Coffee stains....Pet Stains...Paint...you name it, she'll get it out! Not to mention, the house smells great after Laurie finishes and the carpet is NOT wet! I'd have to say, I was a skeptic. I wasn't sure how or if this low moisture process would really clean my carpet. I had a leak in my basement and had a company come out and extract the water. When the carpet finally dried, there were several places in my berber carpet that looked like a puddle had dried and areas where there was yellowing and discoloration. I didn't want to have my carpets wet cleaned again because I was tired of having all the moisture and wet odors in my basement. A realtor friend of mine suggested I call Dry Step Carpet Care because they had a very good experience with them as well. When I called, the owner answered the phone right away and was very helpful and understanding of my situation. She came to my home and gave me a free estimate and reassured me that she could fix the problem. She arrived on time for the appointment and got right to work. Within 45 minutes, my stinky, dingy, discolored berber carpet was turned into fresh, clean and vibrant white carpet, even better than how I remembered it. The carpet was slightly damp but not wet and when it completely dried, there were no spots or discolorations that came back. The carpet had no stinky or moldy odors and after several months has remained clean and fresh. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs carpet cleaning. They really do care about their customers and were very professional and courteous. I wish there were more companies and business people out there like the owners of Dry Step Carpet Care.

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices are great! And even though I ended up cleaning the carpets myself (to save money) she was willing to answer my questions and give me suggestions. I will definitely keep this company in mind the next time I need my carpet or upholstery cleaned!
