Welcome to Water Gap Wellness Center. We provide treatment for adults suffering from mental health and.or substance-use disorders. Our holistic approach is designed to restore balance, and re-calibrate the mind, body and spirit through a combination of masterfully-planned clinical sessions and extraordinary experiential experiences.Our program offers an on-site Psychiatrist five days each week, two 1-on-1 sessions weekly with masters-level clinicians, group therapy daily, recreational activities lead by NOLS-Certified instructor, relapse prevention through exposure therapy, seasoned mental health professionals and so much more.Set in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, we offer various levels of care and incorporate all aspects of wellness from delicious and nutritious meals, to exercise, yoga, religion, acupuncture, community volunteerism, outdoor activities, art, music and much more.
