Never allow your family to be in this home. They refused to call emergency services for my sister on 12/24/2012. When I called to wish her a merry Christmas. She had asked to be allowed to lie down awhile. When the worker took the phone into Vicki's room I could hear everything that was going on. Vicki was moaning and could not wake up. When the worker came back to the phone she stated "I can't arouse her [Vicki]. She won't arouse." I told the woman "There's something wrong. She needs to go to the hospital." I assumed that the woman would call for emergency service but instead she did NOTHING except write a report that Vicki refused to talk to me. Vicki never refused to talk to me or to Momma.



I take the stars AWAY and give a rating of -1,000 stars. Had to put one star but it is under severe objection to do so.
